I have had my hearing protection devices back for failing battery repairs for a third time. So far it seems like they will be covered under warranty once again. The batteries gradually lose charge capabilities to about two hours of service before they completely fail to charge, down from eight hours of service when new. The customer care agent was excellent in her duties and I would give her five stars. She stated that the devices are still covered under warranty, once again. Hopefully this will be the trip that takes care of the battery problems. Would have rated five stars but the battery issues made me rate only four stars.

Well I'll tell you why I love going to new sound in Mineola I went in there with a death ear don't know why but it's completely dead my left one is halfway there she did all of the testing and all my stuff to get my hearing aids in the day she got a man today she called me and told me they were in she has called me and checked up on me I went to her today for my appointment she did another hearing test she is the sweetest air Dr I've ever been to I recommend no sound to everybody that has hearing problems cuz she will get you straight where you can hear I will never go to anybody else thank you so much for letting me share my experience with them

Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.

Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
