The staff here is great, very accommodating, and helpful. I felt no pressure to buy or buy more then I could afford . I had a problem with the charging station. I called today and got in today. The folks at New Sound are the nicest people I have ever met. Personable, efficient, accessible, professional, and tenacious. It took nearly two months to get my insurance to approve my hearing aids. They stayed on the insurance company and pushed through all the red tape as quickly as possible. All the delay was from the insurance company, My new hearing aids are great! Follow through to assure all is well is fantastic. I recommend New Sound to anyone with a hearing issue. You are treated as if you and your business are greatly appreciated, and it is. Now I can hear my wife when she hollers at me from across the house. Don’t tell anyone, but I pretend I still can’t hear. It’s my little joke.

Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.

Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
