People like myself that suffer with extensive hearing loss struggle daily as do the loved ones around them. The staff at New Sound Hearing have a passion for what they do and it shows. New Sound has cutting edge testing tools- I was surprised at how thorough and pleasant the hearing test was. (Last one at a different site was not.) The Tecnician was very pleasant, took time to explain the process, and reviewed my test when we were finished. It was very interesting, revealing, and helpful to understand where my hearing weakness is and how to restore my hearing. I would heartily recommend New Sound Hearing to ANYONE who wants to know where they are challenged, and the staff will commit to helping with the whole insurance process to ensure that your road back to perfect hearing is as painless as possible!

I was having trouble hearing for about 3 months. I tried everything I could on my own. I saw an ad for a free hearing test and made an appointment. They checked my ears and determined the problem. I did not get my hearing test , but they were able to identify my hearing issue and took care of me in the same visit. I am extremely grateful! I feel like a new person! Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.

Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
