I love the ladies at the front desk. They are so kind & knowledgeable. I went in today for a hearing aid checkup & was shown how to clean my hearing aids. Of course, when I picked my aids up for the first time & I was shown all of that. I just forgot. The folks that work for this New Sound center are terrific. I highly recommend New Sound for your hearing aid needs. The follow ups are about every four months, to make sure everything stays in working order.

Very nice place and friendly service. I love my aids and they were explained to me by Mr Miguel in a great manner. I only have one complaint, I cannot pair two devises on these.i use an I pad and have to change settings from phone to iPad.. I did not have to do that with my old ones.

A gem in a small town. New Sound Hearing in Mineola is the place to go for your hearing aids. My first set of hearing aids didn’t work for me, and Sarah fitted me with another brand of aids, even worked with the insurance company to get custom ear pieces. Molly at the front desk is very friendly and professional, and Sarah Noble is the best! Highly recommend!!

Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.

Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
